hi couple years ago i was arrested for selling beer to a minor but later my case was dismissed. Currently I am in F1 status and I want to go Nepal this summer. What will be the consequences at port of entry when i return from Nepal? Will I be denied entry? I was finger printed when I was arrested and after my case was dismissed the attorney said that it will be in my record for two years. Sharing any similar stories, suggestion and advice is appreciated..............
