Situation:

Quota: Masters     OPT ends: May 31st

In this case, my employer is filing h1b. I have also submitted the following letter from my previous school.

Admission Acceptance Letter which states the followings:

1. Accepted for summer 2008, classes start from 4th June.

2. New i-20 will be issued at time of course registration(which i am planning to do just next day after my OPT expired)

with this senario, is it ok for me to do premium processing ??????
