Voice Over Internet Phone ( VOIP)

Ladies/Gentleman

I am economics major and here in usa, no matter what we have to take course that we dont want to.. so here i am in deep shit ... I have a topics on VOIP( power point presentation).. Dont know anything about it beside that it works thourgh cable and we can use the USA number to anywhere in the world.

Any body has more information, would you please help me, providing Guidience and other stuff. I search on google, but i am not sure where to Start ... so just wanted to know basic things about VOIP service. i need at least 8-9 slides but i already came up with 4-5 with advantage and disadvantage, and conclusion but i am not sure about the starting slides.

any kind of help is appreciated.
