same here, its been 3 months, only fingerprint done and EAD received, not sign of TPS. I meet one girl who said, she filed on june 24 and her TPS got approved. don't know what is happening to our case, it's frustrating,

There is no proper way to find out how they are approving TPS. Most of the TPS applicants got their EAD, but TPS is still holding. One of my friends received his EAD last month and he had biometric on Aug 14, but TPS still holding, but another friend who got Biometric on Sept 2nd got his tps approved, they already sent his EAD.

The only thing is just to wait.

i have a question. Hope you guyz will help me to find out..

I am an F2 dependent applying for TPS and EAD together. As per my knowledge, i have to submit a copy of citizenship and passport. I came here just one month before the TPS notice published. So i have a valid i 94 too.

My question is what are the documents do i need to submit? Or do i need to provide any documents like letter in order to prove my continuous residency since TPS designated date?
