Hi Guys,
I know this thread has been flying over millions of times.
But, really your input would be appreciated.

I am planning to go to Nepal on May and I need to do my H1 stamping while I am there.
The sticky part is, I have only one year of H1 and I have just over a six month left.

Please advice the consequences and the must have documents for stamping H1.

Yes I would also like to hear more about this. I am also going later this year and in my case my company has already started the PERM application.
