Most Likely yeah. The people from last year will also be trying to make it for this year, so definitely its gonna be tough. @kyajhoor- are you also filing for this quota? Any other people trying for this quota?

i want to say that any other people trying for this quota ? and other is i think many of people was trying to make it for this year of H1b Visa Process, so definitely its gonna be tough. so we can say like that its same like last year.

Jobguruji, My situation is little bit different. Mero H1 2013 ma approved bhayeko theyo from advanced cap. but Mero degree is from one of the profit college. So i heard that USCIS is revoking H1B which were applied in advanced cap with profit college degree during amendment/transfer/extension. so i am planning to re apply another H1 under general cap. My question is, Can my employer apply new H1b under general (Bachelors) cap?
