F2 is derivative status and depends upon your spouse status. If you spouse is maintaining F-1, I think you are good with your status.

If u used tps work permit then you cant even f1

Very first time I used EAD even that one is for a week only, and when they extended tps on 2nd time I didn't apply

If u used even 1 day then it mean u intent to stay thats why it voilet the status any non immigrat status

So what you think the best?

If your husband is maintaining your F1 by taking required course and even you and your husband used TPS based EAD you are still good. I am doing that for last year. I am in F1 and my wife is in F2. I am maintaining F1 by taking full course and I am using TPS based EAD to work full time. Everything is going good. Do not panic with FALSE information.

What you think is it good to apply again for tps and ead?

If your spouse is maintaining valid F-1 status, then you are in good shape. No need to panic.
And if you want to work, there should be no harm applying for EAD+TPS. Your call. If you are not using it, you can save some bucks for application fees :)
