Hi guys, I am trying to bring my parents to US on non immigrant visa. Does anybody know whether I could fill out the visa application online on my parents behalf? I looked on the web (https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/) and it says that it is mandatory for applicants to sign electronically on the application. Any advice on this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks.
