Public holidays KATHMANDU, July 5 (RSS) - As Their Majesties King Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev and Queen Komal Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah are scheduled to leave for Beijing on July 9 in connection with a state visit to the People’s Republic of China and return home on July 18, both these days will be public holidays across the Kingdom of Nepal, the Ministry of Home has stated. Are these holidays are justified?
