Our TPS EAD expiration date is December, 24, 2016. I have filed the TPS extension and got the receipt. As we know that the validity of TPS EAD has been automatically extended though June 24, 2017 but the expiration date in the EAD is December 24, 2016.

Recently, I got the job and employer asked me to fill I-9 form by including authorized representative. What should be the expiration form in the I-9 form?

It should be June 24, 2017 if you have not received official approval for EAD extension yet.

@abcxyz but if @NepaliNajar's reapplications have already been accepted, then the expiration date should be the new date, no? He is just waiting for his EAD card after all.

I agree with abcxyz. Application received doesn't automatically mean case has been adjudicated and approved.

@Girlboss His reapplication has not been accepted yet, his documents have been accepted and under review.

I put December 24, 2016 as an expiration date of EAD in I-9, but told employer that the EAD expiration date has been automatically extended through 24 June, 2017. Finally, they applied in e-verify system, and it worked. Thank you all for your suggestions.
