I have a R-B1/B2 type visa, would you please explain to me EXACTLY what is that type of visa ? Actually my parents got this visa for 5 years for my graduation purpose but they decided not to come right now instead using it for after 3-4 months. Is that possible? or they won't let them in Port of entry.
