My wife is applying for H4 visa next week. Her brother is staying here and out of status from one year.. I am worried that she will not get visa. If anybody has faced same situation please share here.....it will helpful to me.........

I don;t think it will matter her. However, who knows, what logic they come up with not issuing visa. Keep on posting. Now, everybody needs to do a background check on all family members before marrying lol ..

First of all, she should prepare for all the valid docs. ( which you should send her). If they ask other issues, besides you, she shouldn't tell about her relatives in U.S. Better, she should say no relatives in U.S. as she knew.
