A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt with huge living room available from May 15th (or June 1st) in Worcester, MA. My lease for the apt expires on June 31st but I am moving out in mid May so I'm looking for a replacement starting either mid May or June 1st. If you move in mid-May, you don't have to pay the rent for May - only pay from June onwards.

Total rent for apt - $1050 per month. This includes heat, hot water and airconditioning.

If 3 students want to share the place to save on rent, you can do so.

Free covered parking for 1 year for students.

Apt equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven. Fully carpeted.

Building has gym, swimming pool, game room for children, laundry room. 24 hour security guard available on duty.
