I wonder at what time was this picture taken. I remember from my trip home few years back, during most hours of the day, that intersection used to be jam-packed with vehicles of all sorts.

It was July 11, 2005 around 1:30 pm from the top of the Dharahara. The afternoon time is not usually the pick hours so you saw less traffic.

Recognize this place (this suburb in Kathmandu valley is as beautiful as my Chitwan is).
