My few friends who are graduate in IT field in Nepal want to know how can they get IT jobs/ contracts from US to Nepal. Is it even possible ? Any idea ?

yes it is from my experience working with some contracting forms in India.
guru.com is where you can start bidding for some contracts ..

Basically your company nepal bids for the projects in guru ...
you complete 2 or 3 projects ...make some relationship with companies you do work for, than
you can get direct contracts from them or from their referral.

Pretty much like any business.
